Details
- CXT-II uses resistance heating with PID intelligent temperature control, 24-hour timing on/off, and human-centered operation design. It is specifically used for heat treatment of jewelry, hardware parts, K-gold ornaments, copper, silver, wire materials, and sheet-metal stamped parts. Under protective gas, it achieves highly bright workpiece surfaces without oxidation discoloration, relieves stress, and meets common heat-treatment standards. Equipped with a high-performance ammonia decomposition hydrogen-production system, it is an effective solution for oxidation-free heat treatment. Different metals can be quenched at preset temperatures, enabling wider processing variation for the same base metal.
