- The equipment is automatically controlled by a microcomputer (including manual control) and features a touch screen and automatic recovery in case of power outage. The temperature rising stage and heat preservation stage can each be set to 10 sections, with each section up to 99.99 hours
- the computer can memorize 20 heating curves. Temperature control uses intelligent PID with about +/-2C error, and curves are displayed on the full screen. The rotary stage can be preset, forward/reverse disk rotation can be selected, and the cup rotation position is shown on screen. With Chinese/English interface, six self-alarm protections, and built-in dual alarm systems for over-temperature or abnormal conditions, the machine cuts power automatically to protect workpieces.
