• CXM-CVV is a patented precision vacuum continuous casting machine designed especially for ultra-fine conductor materials used in bonding technology (such as gold bonding wire). It is the first domestic machine capable of continuous casting under vacuum for special gold-alloy and silver-alloy applications. Based on fluid mechanics, the machine adopts a below-leading casting method: molten metal flows through a tightly connected lower mold, is force-water-cooled to form a temperature gradient, and is then continuously pulled out as section material by a traction unit. Different molds produce different profiles. Built on traditional equipment architecture, it adds microcomputer control, high vacuum, and gas filling, and supports second-stage active-element addition under vacuum, addressing a prior industry gap.
