- CXM-BV-PLC is an intelligent, newly upgraded continuous casting model with PLC control. It adopts gas-protected melting to reduce metal gasification and uses a power-traction casting method. In a short time, it can cast high-density precious-metal products such as panels, round bars, square bars, pipes, and other profiles. The down-leading casting process minimizes internal sand holes/porosity and helps finished products meet deep-processing requirements. High-efficiency stirring-type induction heating enhances power, improves melt uniformity, increases casting capacity, and raises casting speed. An accurate digital measurement system supports better casting-state control, and a complete self-testing safety system ensures consistent product quality. Optional hydraulic cutter and digital PC control further improve convenience and intelligence.
