• CXM-CIII is a professional casting machine customized for K-gold, silver, and copper alloys. It delivers fewer sand holes, lower loss, faster casting speed, and low-voltage safety, and is suitable for wax-setting casting, especially K white gold. The machine offers high cost performance with semi-automatic control, high airtightness, and low oxidation rate. It has a smooth appearance and adopts unique stirring-type induction heating, allowing operators to control stirring time. Based on the vacuum pressurized gravity casting principle, it uses a complete electrical protection system with intelligent self-test alarm protection and precise digital temperature control (temperature error within +2C). Vacuum and gas-protected melting minimizes metal gasification, while pressurized hopper-type blanking helps pour metal into molds quickly at the best process state. It provides good reducibility, high casting success rate, high density, high filling degree, and near no-shrinkage casting. The casting chamber uses gas-pressure automatic lifting for convenient mold placement and removal, and the easy-to-understand interface enables independent operation.
