• CXM-C6 is an original model designed for large ornaments in pure gold and pure silver, featuring very low metal loss, excellent casting quality, and safe, stable, easy operation. The machine has a smooth external design and uses unique stirring-type induction heating with operator-controlled stirring time. It works on the vacuum pressurized gravity-casting principle. The electrical protection system is complete, with high intelligence, self-test alarm protection, and precise digital temperature control with error within 2C. Vacuum and gas-protected melting minimizes metal gasification, and the pressurized hopper blanking system ensures fast injection into molds at the optimal process state. It offers good reducibility, high casting success rate, high density, strong filling performance, smooth surface quality, and near no-shrinkage casting. The casting chamber uses gas-pressure automatic lifting for convenient mold loading and unloading, and the operation flow is easy to understand so each operator can complete casting independently.
