• CXM-C5 is an innovative casting model specially tailored for pure gold and pure silver casting. It delivers low porosity, low shrinkage, large casting throughput, low loss, high productivity, and low-voltage safety. This machine has a smooth appearance and adopts unique stirring-type induction heating, allowing operators to control stirring time. It uses the vacuum pressurized gravity casting principle and includes a complete electrical protection system with intelligent self-test alarm protection. Its precise digital temperature control keeps temperature error within +2C. Vacuum and gas-protected melting minimizes metal gasification, and the pressurized hopper-type blanking mechanism helps pour metal into the mold quickly at the optimal state. The machine provides good reducibility, high casting success rate, high density, high filling degree, smooth surface quality, and near no-shrinkage casting. The casting chamber adopts automatic lifting with gas pressure for easy mold loading and unloading, and increased melting/casting chamber volume improves compressive performance. The operation interface and process are straightforward, enabling operators to complete casting work independently.
